The Indian Chai - Pure Assam Masala Chai

• Our Pure Assam Masala Chai blend is made with Premium Pure Assam CTC tea mixed with dry rich spices that include Cinnamon, Cardamom, Ginger, Cloves and Black pepper and Nutmeg, especially preferred by the Indian palette. Morning, noon or evening, the Assam Masala can be had on its own or with a dash of milk in it.

• Pure Assam CTC Tea
• Cinnamon Sticks
• Cardamom
• Ginger roots
• Clove
• Black Pepper and Nutmeg.

• Bring freshly drawn water to a boil in a kettle. Pour hot water into teapot or teacups and pour off. Add the proper amount of tea leaves (2gm tea per 8oz of water) per person to the pot. Let the tea steep for 3 to 7 minutes, depending on your tea type. Strain completely into another teapot or directly into the serving cups.
