Teame Lemon Ginger Tea
Ingredients:- Ginger
- Clove
- Black Pepper
- Lemon peel
- Lemongrass
- Hibiscus
Directions:
- Add 2 gms of loose leaf per cup of preparation
- Pour water that is heated up to 100 °C
- Close the lid and let the infusion steep for 3-5 mins
- Strain and serve
- Best enjoyed as a light brew without milk
- Can also be prepared in the microwave
- Sweeten with sugar or honey if preferred
