• Punarnava, Dasamoola, Trnapanchamoola, Hapusha, Pippali & Pippalimoola, Yashtimadhu, etc

How to Use:

• Adult: 10-15 ml, early morning on empty stomach, or at bedtime, followed by half a glass of lukewarm water
• Child: 5-7 ml, early morning on empty stomach, or at bedtime, followed by half a glass of lukewarm water or as suggested by the expert.
