Siridhanya Sorghum/Jowar Idli  Mix : 200 gm & 400 gm

Directions to prepare:

1.  Add 1 portion of Siridhanya Idli mix to 1.5 portions of water. (300ml). Use filter water/ RO water for better results.

2. Leave it aside for 8-9 hours in summer and 13-14 hours in cool weather for it to ferment. Keep it in a wooden cupboard for faster fermentation.

3. Fog cook in idli cooker for 15 minutes.
