Description: The grain is round and smooth, 2.5 to 3.0 mm. The Colour of the grain is generally off white to light brown.

Storage Instructions: The best locations for storing millet are a cool, dry cabinet or the refrigerator or freezer. Millet will keep for about two months when properly stored in a kitchen cabinet, four months in the refrigerator, and six months or longer in the freezer.
