- Gau Ghrit, Ashwagandha, Desi Cow Milk.
How to Use:
- Mix the appropriate quantity of Ashwagandha Ghrita in a glass of warm milk. Use sweetener of your choice. This is the best method. If your child does not drink cow milk, you can serve directly with spoon. It can also be given by spreading on Roti or pouring in dal/curries.
