How to use:

• FOR SKIN: Add 10ml of Camia organic Peppermint essential oil in 250ml of Camia organic cold-pressed extra virgin coconut oil to form a blend. Keep the bottle ready for use and shake well before application. Take a few drops of this blended oil into your palms, rub it in between your fingers, and apply gently on your face and body. Apply twice a day, preferably in the mornings and evenings for best results.
• FOR HAIR: Add 15ml of Camia organic Peppermint essential oil in 250ml of Camia organic cold-processed extra virgin Coconut Oil to form a blend. Keep the bottle ready for use and shake well before application. Apply the blend evenly on hair and scalp. Massage mildly and let the blend stay for a minimum of 1 hour before washing off. For best results, leave it overnight and wrap your hair in a hot towel for 30 minutes before washing.
