Adukale Instant Rava Pongal Mix

• Rava, Vegetable Cooking Oil, Cashew, Mustard, Green Gram Dal, Cumin, Pepper, Asofoetida, Copra, Turmeric, Sugar, Salt, Green Chillies, Curry Leaves, and Ginger

• Take 2 ½ measures of water and keep it for boiling. When the water starts to boil, add 1-2 tsp of cooking oil
• Slowly add 1 measure of Adukale Khara Pongal Mix and keep stirring the mix gently for 2 minutes till it becomes uniformly soft and thick
• Measure means a cup or container of your choice
• Keep it covered for 2 minutes
• Serve it hot topped with ghee
