Aachi Idicha Sambar Powder

• Cook dal and vegetables in a pan/ or pressure cook for 3 whistles
• Once the vegetables are nicely cooked – add a spoonful of Adachi's Idicha sambar masala
• Leave the masala to absorb into the vegetable and dal slurry.
• Cover with lid and cook over low flame for 2-3 minutes
• Add salt to taste
• Garnish with coriander
• Serve hot
