• Lemongrass, also called fever grass, is a perennial plant with thin, long leaves that is indigenous to many asian countries. As the name implies, lemongrass smells like lemon, but it tastes milder and sweeter. Lemon grass is packed with essential vitamins and minerals like a, c, calcium, magnesium, folate, iron, zinc, potassium, copper, phosphorus, manganese, and traces of b vitamins

• Organic Lemongrass Leaves and Organic Green Tea.

• Put 1 teaspoon (2 gram) of Tea in a cup. Pour boiling water into the cup. Cover the cup and let it steep for three to four minutes. Strain and serve. Preferred without milk.
