Add turmeric powder, salt (to taste) and mix thoroughly.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e5. In a pan, heat oil, sauté mustard seeds, asafoetida, green chilies, peanuts, and curry leaves.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e6. Add the Poha to the pan on a low flame and toss it well.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e7. After 5 minutes switch off the heat and add a dash of lemon juice and mix thoroughly.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e8. Keep covered for 10 mins.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e9.
