Ingredients:- Dried Senna Leafs (tea cut).
Preparation:
- Boil 100 ml of water in a teapot.
- Set this aside, add 0.5 grams of Hillgreen Senna tea and cover the teapot with a lid and let it steep for 7-8 minutes.
- For best results, this preparation is consumed 20-30ml, 2-3 times per day.
- Makes 200 cups, when made with 0.5g (approx.) of Hillgreen Senna tea.
