Farmveda Instant Dosa Mix is a ready-to-cook powder designed for making traditional South Indian dosas. It is prepared with rice, urad dal, chana dal, toor dal, refined wheat flour, sooji, fenugreek (methi), vegetable oil, sugar, salt, and sodium bicarbonate.

How to Use

Mix 1 measure of Farmveda Dosa Mix with 1 measure of water, stirring to remove lumps.

Add 1/2 measure of curd and mix uniformly. Let the batter rest for 20 minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan on medium flame and smear oil lightly.

Pour 1 ladle of batter onto the pan and spread outward to form thin dosas.

Drizzle a small amount of oil at the edges and cook until golden brown.

Remove the dosa with a spatula and rinse the pan with water before making the next dosa.

Serve with chutney, powder, or ghee as desired.
